Fairly friendly staff in all circumstances!!

Great and good location in the nice area, short walk to the surrounding area and the exterior of the accommodation block, the train station and the port and the coffee shop. Besides, easy to get to an art museum. Had double room with lovely views.

Every detail at Napoli Emozionale - Vespucci is brand new. the staff is friendly and excellent all the time. Our room was beautifully decorated and equipped with basics like central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge. Having a bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. the hotel has a favorable location not very far from Sacra Ruota degli Esposti. the city center is within walking distance from the hotel.

I enjoyed its amiable and fairly friendly employees.

Its location was marvellous, to activity we would enjoy, and in a nice enough area.

We stayed 2 nights and would want to stay there again when visiting Italy. The place is comfortable and amazing and has particularly good location close to the historic centre. The rooms are brand-new and modern, have huge bathroom. The staff are helpful, and the host too...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was perfect for our needs and had a lovely view of the sea. The owner, Guiseppe, were great too make our stay enjoyable. He even came to find us when we arrived from the train station and let us store our baggage during the day. The accommodation has been renovated to a high standard and is clean and secure. The interior is beautiful and the photos don't do it justice. The location is accessible to the train station and other transportation options. We 100% recommend staying here and will definitely stay again if we come back to this city.

Wow, what an amazing experience! The place was so clean, modern, and comfortable. The view of the sea from our room was absolutely stunning. We also loved that the accommodation was secure, giving us peace of mind during our romantic escape. the host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

But, to be honest, finding the place was a bit of a challenge. Although the owner tried his best, we still had a hard time locating the accommodation.
